Aching vagina 35 weeks

I am 35 weeks and yesterday I accidentally did the splits in the bathroom. Well nearly the splits. I had mopped the bathroom floor and then replaced the bath Matt which has a rubber underside and it was slipped and when I stood on it I slipped and legs went opposite ways lol it didn’t really hurt but was quite uncomfortable and felt like I’d stretched my insides

Anyway it’s been aching all bloody day long. Not noticed any changes with discharge or anything and baby is nicely moving around but is it normal to have an aching lady area this far on? I mean I know there’s a lot of pressure a fluid volume but I’ve not read much on it and sort of worried I’ve stretched my cervix (can I do this?) from my mini slip in the bathroom and I am obviously thinking the worst
