Yes decaf is fine. I drank one cup of regular coffee a day and no lasting effects!

You are alright to drink normal latte. I think the NHS advises no more than 200mg of caffeine per day, which is about two cups of instant coffee. If you google you can find a breakdown of the food/drinks that contain caffeine and how much they contain.

Regular coffee is fine. I only stopped caffeine during the pregnancies I miscarried, I know the two are not linked at all but it goes to show caffeine does not = miscarriage!

I have one a day and was not able to function without that and it was fine.
