Braxton hicks at 32 weeks - when to worry?

Probably a stupid title because i’m obviously already worrying Blush

I’m just 32 weeks and i’ve been having braxton hicks since early afternoon yesterday. I never had them in my first pregnancy, but this is the 2/3 time this pregnancy.

They’re not regular but are at least every 15 mins, and didn’t stop when i went to bed/got up (change of position is supposed to stop them). They were uncomfortable enough to wake me up at 3.45 this morning and not go back to sleep. On the other hand, there have been no other worrying symptoms - no menstrual cramps, no back ache, no show. I’m pretty sure if i phoned triage they’d just shrug and tell me to wait and see. So could anyone who has had this reassure me that the internet is unnecessarily scaremongering about this?

I had them all way through second half of both my pregnancies. If I touched my tummy, had sex, just because....I am not a midwife but I wouldn't worry. Oh and yes there were more in second pregnancy. They can get intense but mine were not painful.
