Prenatal yoga suggestions!!

Currently 7 weeks pregnant and I'm looking into pregnancy yoga. I work shifts so sadly can't attend classes. Can't anyone recommend an online course/video?

Tara Lee does a good prenatal DVD that I used throughout my last pregnancy
