6 week scan today - wish me luck

After having a bit of bleeding 2 weeks ago, finally today I have a scan. I had reassuring hcg tests when I was 4weeks1 day and then 48hrs later (592 went to 1520 i think)

I am 36 and this is my #3 baby. am really really hoping all is ok so far. I've had no particular pains and have been really really tired/queasy a bit too, so hopefully they are all good signs.

Scan is at 4:40 at EPU at the local hospital. I just feel lucky at this stage to be pregnant (as I am older than when I had my last, they are 7 and 10)

please wish me luck, feeling a tad anxious :/

Its been a rollercoaster 2 weeks. feels so much longer!
have had all sorts mentioned by dr, ectopic , etc... just want to know really.

Good news!! Heartbeat and baby is 8.8mm in size. They put me forward to 6weeks and 6 days.
They were lovely and said any other problems to ring them.

Oh and the pain in my side, matches up with the side I ovulated from (I had no idea they can tell) and apparently you get can pinching pain there for a few weeks after!

Hi OP, Congratulations and glad to hear the scan went well 😊 I too am 6 Weeks pregnant, and at 35 feel more nervous now I'm older than I did with my first! can I please ask - did you request an early scan with your Midwife or pay privately?

It was arranged by the dr as I had some unexplained bleeding 2 nights in a row about 2 weeks ago. They said to wait til 6 weeks minimum.

The sonography said the mw’s arrange dating scams for between 12-14 weeks! So I have a while to wait until he next....
