Scared about LCMV from mice due to my place of work, any advice?

Hello. I'm 8 wks pregnant and just started work at a London theatre. I'm an actor, it's a fun job, nothing fancy but it is somewhere that's not spotless and has a small rat problem. Not mice so much. We lost a baby at 8 weeks to miscarriage earlier this year and I've had health anxiety for years, now I'm worried about getting LCMV which comes from mice secretions and can be airborne if you disturb their nests or droppings. I'm terrified I'll infect the fetus and its left me almost wishing I'd never gotten pregnant whilst I have this job for next 3 months. I'm not in direct contact with rodents, and apparently they dont really have mice but I'm just so on edge. If anyone has advice, knows if this has happened, knows if this is rare or common, please let me know. Thank you

Many many city buildings have mice or rats. They are so common I imagine many pregnant women are exposed pretty constantly.

There were mice in my massive London office (as there are in most city buildings) through my pregnancy. I think you are worrying about nothing.

Thank you, I know it's a bit irrational. Annoyingly this venue is underground, under Waterloo station and there is constant talk amongst staff that rodents run over dressing room tables etc so it's a bit more exposed than a typical office. Hopefully if I'm careful it wont be an issue

I had mice droppings on my office desk throughout my pregnancy! They did take seriously and did everything they could to get exterminators in, move me etc but it kept happening. I just dettoled my desk every morning

Thanks for adding that kelly14, God what a mare. Yes I'm dettoling my dressing room area to death. And you didnt have any pregnancy issues? I think my big fear is causing harm and if I should just leave the job but I dont know if I'm over reacting. It's interesting to hear even nice offices have mice issues.
