As the title really. I have half a pack of pregnecare pre-conception multivitamins and just got my bfp. Carry on with these then switch to pregnancy ones after?

Congratulations! Finish the pack. The only ones that are important are folic acid, vitamin D and for lots of women Iron...pre conception ones should have all of those in.

Brexitstash · 29/09/2019 10:35

No, too much vitamin A in pre conception ones.

Keep taking them until used up.

Congratulations!! Yes! Keep taking them. They have everything you need & no vit A. Take them & you can move onto the ones your mw will give you at your appointment if you wish.

@Everafter1

Never heard of midwives giving out vitamins before. Is that common?

Everafter1 · 29/09/2019 11:11

Yeah, they do here anyway. Not sure if it's the same across the board. I assumed they did.

Thanks everyone. I hate waste so glad I can finish them off. 😊
