Your about same weeks as me mrs mar here's my bump :)

MrsMar · 13/08/2007 12:38

Hi missyhols... I think I'm a different shape and smaller to you cos the baby is currently breech, he's wrapped around my body with his feet tucked in to my pelvis. I'm sure that's why I'm so small... no one can believe I've got 5 weeks left.

Alfie72 · 13/08/2007 12:59

That is one fantasmo bump you've got there. My bubba is all wrapped up in a coccoon shape and breech - he/she tries to move but gives up.
looks like he/she will be ready to pop out soon given that your bump slopes downwards.

SeamonstEr · 13/08/2007 13:00

I am exactly the same [as the photo of QueenBHannae] I am 35 going on 36 weeks. You have my sympathy!

LoveAngel · 13/08/2007 13:25

Wow, that is possibly the biggest bump I have ever seen! I was enormous with my son, but it was a different shape. It went out at the sides like a huge great beach ball. Ahhh...am broody now! Thanks for sharing xxx

SeamonstEr · 13/08/2007 13:32

so do you get 'looks' when you go out as well QB? I'm beginning to get paranoid and not want to leave the house, its all the same reaction as those on here, but when its in person the look on their faces/in their eyes makes me really uncomfortable.

lol though, I don't look pregnant from behind, or even from an angle from the back, or even from the front in the right clothes! Just MASSIVE from the side! And I can't wait for that overhang...

MrsMar · 13/08/2007 13:39

Those with big bumps.... how much are you looking forward to after the baby's born and you can leap around like a demented gazelle? I feel like that now and I'm no where near as big!!!

sparklygothkat · 13/08/2007 13:52

My bump ain't as big as some of these, but at 27 weeks, I have had enough

SeamonstEr · 13/08/2007 13:55

yes I'm looking forward to being able to roll my stomach up and tuck it into my jeans.

theressomethingaboutmarie · 13/08/2007 15:14

That really is incredible! I think that perhaps you look on the big-bump side as the rest of you looks so trim. I'm 32 wks with my first and now have offical bump-envy!

SeamonstEr · 13/08/2007 15:18

i'd show you mine but i'm too thick to work out all the details

MrsMar · 13/08/2007 15:33

LOL seamonster!! the good news is that high waisted is in this winter, so we can tuck our tummies in to our jeans even more easily!

MrsMcJnr · 13/08/2007 15:48

WOW!

Hopeitwontbebig · 13/08/2007 17:02

OH MY GOD Bhannae!!!

I've chatted to you on other threads. I told my husband about your 12lber a little while ago, I've just shown him your pic, his comment was 'that doesn't look like fun!'

You put me to shame having a name like mine , even with my 10lb 10oz baby, I feel not worthy of it now!

Keep us informed won't you!

missyhols · 13/08/2007 19:15

Mrs mar your still breech? Whats next step? Mine turned last week and have now dropped quite low

MrsMar · 13/08/2007 19:18

hmmmm not sure missyhols... I've been feeling a few strange movements today, but I'm still getting the low down movements and my bump hasn't really changed shape yet I don't think... I'm terrible at this can you tell? I'm 35 weeks on wednesday and I'm seeing the mw the week after for an assessment. I think I'll wait til then before I panic!

SeamonstEr · 13/08/2007 19:22

i took a photo, but can't work out how to shrink it [if i need to] or how to get it on my profile.

flowerybeanbag · 13/08/2007 19:27
missyhols · 13/08/2007 19:28

Mm don't worry mine turned! Some people i know baby has turned week before due and gone into labour!

Never thought i'd say i can't wait to go into labour again!

Sea monster i think you go to your profile page and add pics browse though comp and send file. You shouldn't need to shrink it x

SeamonstEr · 13/08/2007 19:28

could some one help [i understand i am possibly hijacking, so please tell me no if so]

SeamonstEr · 13/08/2007 19:29

lol xpost

MrsMar · 13/08/2007 19:45

yeah exactly missyhols.. I'm not going to even give it a moments thought until 36 weeks as if I try anything sooner there's a chance he could turn back anyway. Although it is my hospitals policy to do a cs at 39 weeks if the baby is breech (I think that may only apply to certain types of breech positions... frank breech perhaps) obs are very much of the opinion cs risks are lower than breech vaginal delivery risks, esp as the skills for breech vaginal delivery are disappearing... I know that if more people opted for vaginal delivery of breech baby this wouldn't be the case, but I'm not sure I want to be the one volunteering for someone to practice their skills on! eek !!

ChorusLine · 13/08/2007 20:01

Hi Queen B - I have added my picture on but not as big as you! I measured 48 cm's at 38 weeks so they gave me a section at 38+1. Ds was 9lb 10.5 oz.

It doesn't look that big but I am just 5ft (with a shorter body - if that makes sense) so looked like an alien and I just kept passing out for the last couple of weeks!

Also far too much information but my boobs were a size G and they look small in this picture in relation to my bump....

SeamonstEr · 13/08/2007 20:06

have tried and failed oh well.

ChorusLine · 13/08/2007 20:15
