Lower back & abdominal pain - 27 weeks

Morning.

I suffer from sciatica & spinal arthritis, my sciatica in particular is playing up however I'm now having the same kind of sharp pain over my belly and even down into my vagina. Is this part of sciatica or should I call GP/MW?

Please call. It could be nothing but definitely best to check. Is the pain sporadic or coming at certain intervals?

@Adviceplease1234 they were random, no pattern. They've eased off during work so I think I'll see how they are tonight once I settle and if they return I'll call the midwife. Thank you!
