Induced with pessary and super constipated! Help

Has anyone ever been super constipated with the pessary induction?
What did you do to remedy it?
I've been drinking so much water and taking lactulose and walking, and i am miserable. The pressure from my bowel is making my contractions so much worse 😭

Have you tried prune juice or a coffee?

Yes to both.
I'm also on lactulose.
I tried a glycerin suppository, but still nothing. When i tried to manually extract it, it was very bloody and mucusy. So i have no clue.
