Mild cramping 18 wks

Hi all - I'm sure this is nothing, but I'm 18 wks tomorrow (all v uneventful so far), and I've got mild cramps low down and also into the backs of my legs. It feels quite a lot like early period pains of old. Should I be concerned, or is this likely just growing pains? This is my first, it's all a bit new to me...

Hopefully just growing pains but please contact your midwife or antenatal clinic for reassurance.

Yes agree with Squiff...if you are worried at all about any aches etc speak to your early assessment unit ! X
