Freedom pregnancy test -false positive!?

Hello!
I'm currently on the contraceptive implant. I don't get periods but occasionally get spotting. I haven't for a while.
The last week I've been waking up feeling sick and my moods have been all over the place.
This morning I did a pregnancy test, I'll post a picture. It looks positive to me, there's a faint line on the test part of the test. having a nearly 2 year old already, I'm not ready for another baby. I was just wondering from seeing reviews if anyone has had any false positives from this brand? It was a freedom test.

Maybe just do another test to make sure? False positives are extremely rare

I had a false positive on an Asda freedom test the other that looks just like yours. All others have been negative but you never know so test using a different brand :)
