Pregnancy symptoms gone

Hi. Im currently 6weeks pregnant ok my 1st pregnancy. Ill be 7 weeks in 3 days. I had a few symptoms like sore boobs and a bit of cramping. These has all gone over the past 2 days. I'm 39 years old..Should i be worried?
