Fitbit resting heart when pregnant. Worried sick!

I'm just curious to see if any other pregnant ladies have any experience with Fitbit resting heart rate during pregnancy?
I got my bfp on 7th July and my rhr was 87bpm, it has been dropping for the past week and I'm now petrified that I'm having or have had a missed miscarriage 😔.
I only had slight nausea about 2 weeks ago, my boobs have remained sore and I am still quite tired.
I am currently 6+5, had a scan a 5+2 which showed a gestinational sac and a yolk sac which the doctor said was normal for that stage with it being so early on.
I have another scan on Tuesday but don't think I can wait that long feeling this way.

Is resting heart rate an indicator of miscarriage? That's new to me.

Take the fitbit off, put in a drawer and don't touch it until delivery as its obviously causing you to over analyse and causing distress.

No one can guarantee you won't miscarry. I've had losses in past. But you have no bleeding, cramping or big symptoms and Tuesday is only a few days

@Cosmogirl86 thanks for your reply. From what I've read, it can be a sign of missed miscarriage. This apparently doesn't have symptoms such as pain and bleeding and can go unnoticed until a scan.
Sorry to hear of your losses.

My RHR was all over the place when pregnant, but I had a textbook pregnancy and gave birth to a healthy baby. You'll drive yourself mad with this kind of thing!

HJWT · 26/07/2019 12:18

Do as @Cosmogirl86 says!! My heart rate is all over the place! Sometimes ill be sat down and its like iv been for a jog!

Also missed miscarriage is pretty rare. There are lots of scare tales online, but if you miscarry, you are much more likely to have symptoms. Plus you've had one scan already which showed a viable pregnancy. It looks promising!

DaniX91 · 26/07/2019 14:14

Thanks for all of the replies. Think I should definitely take it off.
That's promising to hear @Celebelly and @HJWT

Just guna try to think positive and see what happens on Tuesday

I had raised heart rate all the time through pregnancy. If you are worried get checked at GP

I just wanted to update this for anyone in the same boat as I can't stand it when a thread doesn't have an outcome!
We had our scan this morning and couldn't have asked for anything better, we saw a very active little baby with a strong, rapid heartbeat 😊.
I've removed the rhr icon on my Fitbit app to stop me obsessing over it.
Hope this gives others peace of mind and thankyou to everyone who commented and calmed me down! X

I just wanted to raise this zombie thread to say thank you to @DaniX91 as I could have written this today and you’ve reassured me.

LividLaughLove · 17/01/2020 13:40

I also removed rhr from my Fitbit so i couldn’t obsess. If anyone can stop me obsessing over lack of deep sleep, that would be appreciated (averaging 25 mins...)

I was exactly the same in early pregnancy

The first time I was pregnant, a decreasing RHR resulted in a MMC that happened at the same time to drop started

The second time I was pregnant, the same thing happened with my RHR and I was beside myself. The baby was absolutely fine.

The first time was most likely just coincidence

I tortured myself over it and it was totally pointless!

DaniX91 · 17/01/2020 14:39

@Chefwifelife aww I'm pleased this has helped u, it's absolutely awful isn't it. I'm 32 weeks today and everything has been fine 😊 easier said than done but try not to worry.
@LividLaughLove it's hard not to obsess when it's so easily accessible isn't it.
@Eggcellent29 I'm sorry to hear about your MMC. Really glad that u got your healthy rainbow baby!
