Chinese buffet (listeria worry)

Never posted before and usually don’t worry HOWEVER
About two months ago I went to a Chinese buffet at lunch time I ate the cooked chicken and other dishes there.
It’s only now come to my attention you’re supposed to avoid buffet food in particular Chinese buffets (apparently) I’ve been told it’s a big NONO and obviously too late as I’ve alrwdy eaten the meat and rice and noodles!! I tried to reassure myself only
To see that the restaurant I ate at as a 1 star food hygiene rating and it’s stated they don’t prepare food safely or keep it in safe temperatures.
I’m so worried as symptoms of listeria can be invisible and i’ll Have no way of knowing now really, I haven’t had any major symptoms I did get poorly a few weeks back and have had diarrhoea but I usually get IBS so didn’t worry too much.
Would I know by now if I’d caught this dreaded thing everyone talks about!?
I’m 27 weeks pregnant and have had scans and appointments since but that wouldn’t detect it anyway
Thanks please be kind, worried mama to be here!

I think it's unlikely. Listeria is very rare and more commonly associated with cold foods anyway.
Can recommend Tommy's pregnancy advice line if you are worried - I found them very clued up and helpful when I phoned after accidentally eating something stupid. They will be able to tell you what the chances are and if any testing is advisable etc.
