I'm honestly terrified, we had been trying for a baby for 17 months and finally had help of clomid to conceive with the first round.
We had our first scan to see if baby was definitely growing at 6+3 and there was a beautiful little flicker of a heartbeat.
But i was having nausea and cramps then, now i'm getting nothing.
I can definitely feel myself more hungry, my stomach will rumble after about 2 hours with no food, and then 2 hours again after eating food which is not normal with me not sure if this is a sign.

My next scan is at 12+3 weeks pregnant so awhile away and i just need some reassurance, has anyone gone through their pregnancy with no symptoms?

Thanks Mel.

Hi ya, I must say I've been super lucky so far (I'm 21+4) and have had practically no symptoms at all - just sore boobs in the very early weeks. If I hadn't seen him on a scan twice now I would question if I was pregnant at all!

I think if you're concerned mention it at your next appointment but not everyone suffers from the "normal" symptoms.

Good luck x

I'm 21 weeks today and besides having headaches, I've had no symptoms at all! I've seen her healthy heartbeat a few times now and know she's ok but if I was just going from symptoms, I wouldn't think I was pregnant

With my 1st baby I never had any symptoms didnt believe I was pregnant until the 12 week scan 😂 my other two pregnancies I've had the whole lot of symptoms. Hopefully your just very lucky. And also congrats.
