I can't believe I'm asking this as my daughter is only 5 months old so I should know!

Anyway, when I was pregnant my friend sent me a wee box filled with little bits to pamper myself with (face masks etc). My sister is now pregnant (12 weeks) and id like to do the same for her. Can anyone recommend anything to put in it?

It has to be something that is safe to post. Plus she's a HCP with a stressful, busy job with occasion on call, so she's very tired.
I was thinking nice toiletries, chocolates etc.

Any other ideas? Something I can get easily from boots or a supermarket 😀

Maybe some nice cooling foot cream? Think it's the peppermint one from Boots? If she's a HCP on her feet a lot she might appreciate that Smile A book of baby names. A pregnancy journal. Some relaxing bath salts. Yankee Candle melts...

I got a lovely gift from someone when I announced I was pregnant

It had
Pj's
Gaviscon
Gaviscon tablets
Crisps
Sweets
Lush bath bomb
Lush cream (lavender)
A candle
It was so thoughtful.
