Confused and frustrated!

Hey all, so I'm confused and starting to overthink everything. I'm a little irregular 29-35cycle, currently on 35day. I havent had my normal pre period symptoms, bad cramps bloating or sore boobs etc but for the last 12 days I have been spotting brown/browny-pink discharge only when i wipe and not everytime. Not having to wear a pad or tampon as not staining my pants etc I have had the odd cramps last few days but nothing like period pain not like gut ache? Several -ve preg tests later :-(.

I'm worried there is something not right, me and partner do not have any kids, both in 30's trying for 12 months, very good sex life and only used 'pull out' method 4 years prior to ttc.

Is it ever going to happen? Is there any chance I told be pregnant?

Sorry you’re having a rough time. I’m not sure why you’ve had spotting for so long - I did find my cycles were slightly weird whilst TTC. I spotted a day or two before my period, subtle changes in PMS etc. I blamed DPs sperm!

If you’ve been trying for 12 months you can go to your GP to have tests. They can do a HCG test to check for pregnancy (I’ve read about some women just having very low HCG in their wee and having trouble getting positives yet being healthily pregnant) and if that’s negative they can check if your ovulating each month etc. and then go from there.

I have had 2 blood tests for ovulation the first time the nurse said no news is good news, but the doctor called me 4 days after and they said the test was a little unsure but when we sat and worked out my cycle I had the blood test 5 days and not the 7days before my period which is ideal (understandably this is difficult due to irregular cycle) the second bloods were 2 weeks ago on tuesday the nurse said the same thing, no news is good news and I havent heard anything from the doctor at all so guessing I did ovulate ok this month.
