Sore nipples - too soon?

I think I’m going crazy! My nipples are so sensitive and sore at the moment (I’m breastfeeding my older child) which is usually a first sign for me. BUT, I only had sex 6 days ago. Surely sore nipples due to early pregnancy would only be caused by hormones after implantation right? which wouldn’t have occurred so soon? It’s just a coincidence isn’t it?

It could be a coincidence, hormones and breastfeeding /a random occurance etc.. but I had sore nipples from 4/5 DPO and got my BFP at 13DPO. No other symptom aside from ridiculously sore nipples.

Definitely keep an eye, see if it eases off x

I had breast symptoms for 4 days before I got my bfp so it’s possible to be PG related - it’s one of the reasons I knew to test. I tested the day before and it was a very bfn!
