35 weeks and so faint/shaky

I’ve had faintness on and off throughout, but today I feel shaky, faint (have had to drop to all fours a couple of times), really sick (again had sickness on and off) but I just feel horrendous today. Totally out of breath.
I’m on ferrous fumurate for low iron and my haemoglobin was 11 after being on this for a while so ok.

Is it normal? I’m not sure whether to get in touch with a dr or just write it off as a bad day. Baby is moving.

Have you had your blood pressure checked ? When mine was low I felt like this. I would say ring your hospital. Better safe than sorry.

Have you eaten enough? Could be low blood sugars, that’s exactly how I feel when mine drop down. Jelly babies and some full sugar juice helps.

Get in touch with the maternity department anyway, better to be safe than sorry.

Sounds like low bp due to low iron. When did you last have your iron checked? Maybe you need intravenous iron. I had this andthe resulting low bp during the last trimester. It's awful- you have my sympathy. I'd phone your midwife or GP.

Thanks everyone.
My sister came over and played with DD and I have perked up. Didn’t have my iron tablet as early as usually so maybe that was it?
Still tired but the shakes and faintness have subsided.
Part of it might be eating, I am finding it really hard to get food in and as soon as I do I drop (low blood pressure).
