Waiting for delayed amniocentesis result

Im 19 weeks (+5) pregnant & 42yoa, I found out at 16 weeks that my baby girl had a hole in her heart and will need open heart surgery when born (3-9 months). In view of this the nhs agreed an amniocentesis test (previous screening came back low risk), which would provide me with 2 test results. Fast results in 3 days for T21, T18 & T13 and then all others 2 wks. I had the amniocentesis test & 3 days later was advised the test was contaminated & the fast results couldn't be given & will have to wait 2 weeks.

It is now 2 weeks & I have been advised I will have to wait another week but no guarantees but cells are growing. I need to know if my baby has other problems other than her heart, if she has then I need to make a really big decision. I only have a few weeks left and these delays worry me.

Has any experience a problem with the amniocentesis testing / results or any problems like I'm experiencing?

Any advise to help me for the next week of waiting again?
