Pregnancy is hard at the best of times but in heat like this, it can be pretty unbearable.

As I'm sure a lot of you are, I'm struggling so thought I'd make a thread where we can all whinge and moan to our hearts content and get it all off our chests!

I'll start 😁

I'm 36+1, too hot, in loads of pain with SPD and people existing anywhere near me makes me mad!

@Mrsmummy90 thanks for the sympathy, my dp is very sympathetic and helpful but I still get irrationally angry with him because he'll never actually understand how crap it is!! Hope your last few weeks fly by quickly! X

Mrsmummy90 · 30/06/2019 11:59

Thanks 😊 you too! My dd is nearly 17mo and with being heavily pregnant with spd, I'm barely coping so I know how hard it is 🙈 us mamas gotta stick together!

I hear you!! 19 weeks pregnant, bled through pregnancy and been in and out of hospital, got a BV infection and my partner is not the best, he said I'm always feeling ill these days...try being pregnant pal!

Squeakybubbles26 · 30/06/2019 14:52

It's not just nighttime moans ah my belly is feeling so tight today! Like really uncomfortable! 😩

EllebellyBeeblebrox · 30/06/2019 20:18

Ugh I'm with you ladies, 28weeks and feel like shite. Dh less than helpful and after I spent yesterday running around after two dcs I was ready for a rest today but he fucked off to play badminton most of the morning. I am a very grumpy cow in this heat, and it's nowhere near as bad today as it was yesterday!

Mrsmummy90 · 30/06/2019 23:04

@Squeakybubbles26 is it braxton hicks?

Today has been an awful day for pain with my spd. Hoping that she'll arrive soon!!!!!

36 weeks. Absolutely horrendous spd/pgp that I just cannot sleep with. Terrible heartburn. Hot/dry sweet. Sore swollen hands and a very tight and achy stomach where the wee one is. Not long now though. Cannot wait lol

Prettylittlebumblebee · 30/06/2019 23:33

Feet not sweet. I have a basin of water to help that though lol

Squeakybubbles26 · 01/07/2019 08:40

@Mrsmummy90 I never experienced BH with my DD (or if i did didn't notice them) it was just really tight and uncomfortable across the belly for quite a long period of time, would settle and then return! Started to panic as got told by midwife baby is already 2 5ths engaged and I may not make it to my induction date next week! However will be 36 weeks tomorrow so trying to keep baby in for as long as possible!!

Hey everyone! I’m 31+2. Got back from dropping my son off at school to have nowhere to park in my road, had to park mikes away in another road and walk back, not ideal at 7 months pregnant with PGP 😤
I got back indoors and cried my eyes out, flipping hormones!

hormonesorDHbeingadick · 01/07/2019 18:15

I’m not a violent person but I may punch the next random person who says you look like you must be due any day now. I know I sodding do and I have another 30 days and she is showing no signs of being prompt.

I am eating 75g of dates a day, taking read leaf tea capsules, doing my perineal massage daily, I need to get on my yoga ball more and I have booked reflexology for induction sessions. Anything else anyone can suggest? I don’t have the inclination or a pain free pelvic for sex.

Mrsmummy90 · 02/07/2019 02:30

Don't think I've ever been so uncomfortable!
Would love some super strength painkillers washed down with some sleeping tablets!
Getting so fed up now.
