Hi! I am looking for advantages and disadvantages of having babies very close together...we have a 19 week old son and originally wanted to leave a 2 year gap. But now we are thinking of trying again now - well, as soon as AF returns. Please tell me about your experiences and opinions! Thank you!!!

i fell for ds2 when ds1 was 4 months old.
can be hard work when they are both crying at you but is worth it. they are so close already.
ds2 is now 10m and ds1 loves that he can make him laugh and is in total awe of him.

I'd go for it. We wanted a 2 year gap and it will be nearly 3.5 year gap, things don't always work out the way you plan.

I have 2 close friends, one has a 13 month gap and the other has a 4.5 year gap and the one with the big gap always says she wishes she had the 13 month gap.

If you think you will be able to cope with 2 under 2, then I'd go for it. Good luck.
