Perpetual blinking sniffly snuffly nose...

Does this go away? It's driving me insane! I know it can be a part of pregnancy (am 15weeks) but it goes away by day err... 20 doesn't it?

I was a bit snuffly before least weekend when we visited my parents in law. Unfortunately I'm allergic to dogs and we stayed a couple of nights. Jasper is a lovely if fursome dog but i love him to bits. So i thought for a while i was still being a bit allergic because it takes a while to wear off.

I'm just as bad though! I cadent stop thinking my nose. I sneeze and snot comes out. Uurgh.

I get all blocked up, it effects my sleep, along with my shoulders, neither of which like being slept on. And I'm assuming it isn't going to get better the bigger i get. So this better go away soon!

Depending on where you are (UK for me) pollen levels are CRAZY high this year, are you taking any 1 a day allergy medicine?

My midwife recommended loratidine (Claritin) and it has been working pretty well so far!

I feel for you though, it is a right pain when you're all blocked up, especially at night!! Hope you can sort it soon (-:

Ah good idea. Thanks! I might. I haven't had hayfever since being a kid. I don't feel as bad as I used to get. But it's still so annoying.

@fonxey did you find anything that's worked? I was recommended salt water nasal spray which I bought today so PRAYING it works. It's ruining my sleep so much and feel like a zombie the next day
