Am I pregnant?

I took two tests a couple days apart this week just gone due to a missed period and they were negative but I’ve been having cramping for a good 3-4 days now and every time I think my period is gonna start, it just doesn’t and I’m frustrated because I can’t understand what is what right now! Anyone ever been in same boat? Please advise x

I also have lower back pain, I’m not sure if that’s relevant but thought I’d mention it!

Sounds like you could be premenstrual. Were you trying to conceive/having unprotected sex?
Cycles can be delayed for lots of reasons. Until you get a positive test, you can't really say.
