Does anyone else suffer with burning hot feet during the night? To the point of making it unable to sleep? They aren't swollen or anything just burning hot!

Not during pregnancy but have done my whole life before having reflexology. Had 1 weekly session for 6 weeks about 3 years ago and only get it now if I sit in a restaurant for a long time. I think it's something to do with circulation. Try sticking feet under a cold tap/water bowl

Yes! I had this in my first pregnancy along with restless legs (I always assumed they were related). You can get an ice cold aerosol spray from Boots (or the exact same thing for a third of the price in the Poundshop!) that helps.

I'm 32 weeks pregnant again now and haven't had it at all this pregnancy, or restless legs and have put it down to the magnesium supplement I have been taking so perhaps that's something to consider trying too?

I literally have this now. It's getting me so down I don't know what to do?

They are so hot and painful it hurts to walk and I feel like I have been walking around Disneyland all day most days

Yes. I used to have to sit with feet in ice. Cold Water then put cold wet socks on and have feet hanging out of the bed.

I'm glad it's not just me!!

I've been getting it since like 24 weeks and I'm now 31, I did mention it to the midwife but she said as long as no swelling etc it's nothing to be concerned about especially as my bloods have been fine right through! I'll get some cooling pads etc and hopefully it will help! As for the restless legs there just horrendous I feel for you 😩

I used to get this throughout my teenage years, then it stopped. I used to wake up frequently in the night and have to stand in the bath with cold water to cool down my feet. I even used to dampen the lower part of my bed so that me feet didn't over heat. I feel for you, it is incredibly uncomfortable. Does make me wonder if it was hormone related. Never had it during any of my pregnancies although many other weird and wonderful symptoms.
