Anyone got any suggestions? I've had a look in the app store but none of them have great reviews.

Ideally want a free app.

If you have a non-app method, please share :)

Thanks!

@DeadDoorpost I’m so glad you said you don’t have a pattern! I’m pretty sure I don’t either! Sometimes it feels like there is no break and she’s moving all the time! Everyday is different for me! Back in the early stages she was awake all night it seemed, but less so now. I can’t recall a definite pattern of movement after eating for example (except the bowl of ice cream I had Cos I was concerned)
However the whole pregnancy she was transverse and I think she has now moved (fingers crossed, head down) because when she got hiccups last night they were in a completely different place to where I normally feel them!

@Lexyness yeah, DS was transverse, anterior placenta, and I had Hyperemesis so it wasn't the best lol but DS did react to spicy food. Loved it, and still loves it now.

This time I can't tell what position she's in. I also never had babies who had hiccups. I feel like I'm missing out 😂

@PugPupsMum
I use the kicks count app and find it brilliant. Midwives actually suggested using the app. Of course you know your babies regular movements but it's nice to be able just to tap an app and count them as we go :). I'm far too busy to try and remember how many kicks I've had off the top of my head. When I've been in for reduced movements they've also always asked me 'how many movements have you felt today' so good to be able to show the app and amount you've been able to record.
Not sure why someone people got on their high horse over a simple question you asked though 🤷🏻‍♀️

The kicks count app is recommended by nhs.

I know this thread is a few years old but I thought since this got a few negative responses I’d message for anyone, like me, looking for a baby kick app. My midwife recommended using an app to help monitor the baby’s movements. This is my third pregnancy and I was never very good at monitoring movements, I couldn’t say what was normal for me. It’s good to use an app to check in daily.
