I had a spinach and ricotta co op pizza cooked at 200 degrees for about ten mins and didn’t realise till after about the cheese!! Not sure if it was pasteurised but it was obviously cooked on the pizza for ten mins and served piping hot, should this be okay to eat whilst pregnant?

Ricotta is fine in pregnancy

I think most of these cheese are pasteurised if sold in the UK. There needs to be a label on it saying made from unpasteurised milk if so, unlikely that would be the case in a UK supermarket.

It wouldn't have mattered if it was blue or unpasteurised or anything else as cooking it makes it safe. Ricotta is fine anyway
