Pregnant 4 weeks hcg 241

Hi everyone hope someone can reassure me I found out yesterday was pregnant did clear blue 2-3 weeks pregnant and going off my last period will be 4 weeks had hcg witch come back as 241 just wondering is this normal as previous ectopic in feb 2019 so bit of a worry now even tho I’m excited as I would love another baby

Hcg levels vary according to the woman (and pregnancy). All that matters is that it increases sufficiently by your next hcg test.

Yeah I’m hoping fingered crossed 🤞 in my last pregnancy in feb hcg wouldn’t pass 46 so 241 for me this time is brilliant just hope it’s normal as doc no help

The thing to look for is not a one off reading of hCG but the rise over 48 hours - are you booked in for repeat levels?

Everyone is different, mine was 262 and 4+1 then at 5+4 is was over 6000. 241 is well within the normal range, do contact your gp though as they usually want to do an early scan if you've had a previous ectopic. Congratulations!

I’m booked in to see doctor tomorrow so I think she will rebook me in for more testing and hopefully scan

I am 4 weeks today I thought 241 was normal but reading loads post making me think it’s not just worrying over ectopic and miscarriages in the past
