Diarrhoea - safe to hold imodium?

I'm in a right pickle this morning. I'm 6 weeks today. Yesterday I had some heavy bleeding and thought I was miscarrying. I have an appt at the EPU at 3pm today to check that out.

Whilst the bleeding has stopped today however, what I do have is horrible diarrhoea! (Sorry, TMI). I have a job interview this morning (for a job I can it accept if I'm not pregnant, isn't this great! 😆) and I don't know if there's anything I can take to make it better - can I take imodium, assuming I'm still pregnant?

Thank you!

Sorry to hear about the bleeding and hopefully your appt at the EPU goes well!

You can’t take Imodium in pregnancy but you can take rehydration sachets. Try to have a fibre-rich breakfast if you can stomach it - weetabix or porridge. Good luck with your interview OP!! X
