Is this a thing? Don't remember it from other pregnancies but I'm just 4 weeks pregnant today (found out at 10dpo) and haven't pooped in about 3 days and believe me a lot of food has gone in!

I'm seeing the dr later re folic acid do not sure whether in should ask for something to help if this is going to keep up!

Are you drinking enough water? I struggled when I had morning sickness as I couldn't keep much down but once it eased I upped my fluid and fibre intake and things improved.

It is possible yes, I (a person who has never ever struggled with it and is usually always as regular as clock work) have suffered in early pregnancy. Lots of water and lots of fiber will help!

I'm 4 + 3 and have been so constipated and passed so much wind it's ridiculous. I spoke to my GP who advised to have lactulose which is a stool softener.
I do have IBS too but my go doesn't think it is this and is to do with being pregnant.
