4th baby was like that. Odd kick from about 20 weeks but regular booting from 23.

Had twins both with anterior placentas and didn't feel proper kicks til at the very earliest 24w.

I have an anterior low placenta and got my first movement around 20w but it was very subtle so easy to miss. I never understood the feeling like a bubble description but 100% agree it’s the perfect description. Now 23w and feel him daily but not constant just random bursts and still pretty gentle

DD1 was anterior. Didn’t feel anything until 22 weeks but even then it was subtle. Remember having a scan at 24 weeks with her and being amazed at the movement going on in there that I couldn’t feel! Even towards the end it was hard to feel her moving, I went in for monitoring a lot with her. Thought a bit that it was me being a baby that it worried me so much and maybe everyone’s pregnancies are like that but then when I got pregnant with DD2 her placenta was at the back and i felt her very strongly from around 14 weeks. Anterior placenta is the worst, it makes you paranoid after a while. Just go and get checked if you feel you need to.

Probably tiny movements once a week or so from around 16 weeks. Then a bit more regularly from around 24 weeks. It can be weird not knowing how much you should be feeling, but my baby got into a routine each day so I knew when to expect kicks which made it less worrisome.

Around 19-20 weeks

Both pregnancies had anterior high placenta. Felt movement around 19/20 weeks but it was subtle.

I'm currently at 28 with my first pregnancy with anterior placenta. I couldn't feel a thing until about 23 weeks and even then it was only really subtle movements. I was gobsmacked seeing how much he was fidgeting on the scan as I couldn't feel a thing!

Fingers crossed you'll start noticing something soon. It's a lovely feeling when it eventually happens!
