Nub theory, Gender guess

Hello, I'm really struggling to make out the nub in my scan pictures as I think it looks different in each one. Any guesses from someone with a better understanding of the nub theory would be much appreciated.

In the fourth pic I think I see something not quite parallel to the baby's spine 🙂 xx I'm NO professional though. Are you going to find out ? X.

No we're keeping it a suprise JenMumma but I do have a feeling it's another little boy. My 20 week scan is tuesday I'm really looking forward to it xxx

Tell me to bore off, but we are living in a time when language really matters for this type of thing. This sounds like you're trying to determine sex (biological) not gender (societal construct). Do the hospitals call it a gender scan? I suppose in the circumstances calling it a sex scan might sound weird!

They call it a gender scan on the website yes, however it's also referred to as a sexing scan by the sonographer. (I've also called it a sexing scam actually- it's bloody expensive).
