Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have any recommendations for someone who provides good hypnobirthing courses (preferably 1-1)?
I am based Hampshire/Surrey border.

You could try the positive birth company online pack. It's great, just as good as an 1-2-1 course x

Also recommend the digital course. I'm halfway through and it's made me feel so much more relaxed about labour!
