20 weeks and I've turned into tiny tears - anyone else?

That's pretty much it.
It's like someone has turned on the tap and I'm crying at everything and anything.
Midweek I had to leave my desk at work and go to the loo for a good sob - only thing going on for me at that point was that I couldn't decide what to have for lunch!? 🤷‍♀️
Had a bit of an emergency break situ in the car today and got such a fright I've been crying off and on since then.
Followed by the fact I wanted a cuddle on the sofa but when I was comfy I was hurting him, and when he was comfy, i wasnt 😂
I want to put it down to just one of those days 🤞 but I fear it's not, tell me I'm not the only one crying at the littlest thing, it's normal right?! 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤔😂X

Yes lol I cry at most things. I thought I'd lost a earing... cost about £1. It was in my hand.

I'm almost 30 weeks and cried the other day because my DH told me my egg sandwich was a bit smelly (conversationally, he didn't shout or anything)! I'm an emotional wreck!

MissPollyHadADolly19 · 12/05/2019 21:15

Cried at an old man crossing the road with his little dog and walking stick about a week ago, duno why but it hit me right in the feels!!
I'm 25wks on Wednesday.

Cosmogirl86 · 12/05/2019 21:31

I cried yesterday because I ran out of milk for my porridge.

angelix · 12/05/2019 22:07

I'm sorry you're all so tearful too, it's nice thought to know I'm not alone. Thought I was going mad!

I'm 19 weeks and I cried at emmerdale, I also have been getting so emotional and grouchy with my husband... poor man doesn't know what to do with me lol

PugPupsMum · 12/05/2019 22:27

I burst into tears because my DH told off our dog. Also because I dropped my towel in the bath. Ridiculous hormones

PugPupsMum · 12/05/2019 22:28

@MissPollyHadADolly19 Yep - that’s the kind of stuff that sends me right over the edge! 😭😭

Thismummyruns · 12/05/2019 23:18

I'm nearly full term & normally a hard faced cow.
Yesterday I cried because I wanted to eat a cupcake.

CritterTamer · 13/05/2019 06:42

34 weeks here and I cried my eyes out in the cinema over Detective Pikachu this weekend 🤣

amehh · 13/05/2019 07:05

15+5 here and yesterday I cried because DH asked if I wanted to go to the park with him and DS, I said no, and then they went to the park without me....

Rubberduckies · 13/05/2019 08:04

Yes! Poor Dh, it's usually him that causes it by doing or saying something completely innocuous...I cried quietly at my desk at work a couple of times and yesterday cried in the Waitrose car park when I accidentally touched another car with my door trying to sqeeze my bump put and there was a woman in the car who came out to 'inspect' the non existent damage...

mamasboyx · 13/05/2019 08:26

I was crying yesterday because my favourite jeans no longer fit me and I was planning to wear them for an afternoon tea tomorrow. Only 12 weeks but feel like a 🐳

I cried at a film where a man was eating dinner and there was a glass of water on the table. The glass of water had me in floods Confused Grin

When I was pg I used to start crying when I was laughing at something funny. Like go from belly laugh to full on sobbing at the drop of a hat lol. Also once cried when my DH accidentally farted near my face. Good times!

2dogsand1baby · 13/05/2019 10:14

4th trimester. Doesn't get better. I just cry now every time I look at DS too (happy tears!) as well as at everything else that would have made me cry while I was still pregnant. Avoiding tv, as adverts set me off at the moment. 😂

Baloonphobia · 13/05/2019 10:18

I alternate between crying and rage. Spent the majority of last night intricately planning to leave my bastard husband because he woke me up putting on the dishwasher when he came home from work.

angelix · 13/05/2019 11:23

Love that @pugpupsmum 😂

Yeah i’ve done that a couple of times... laughing at something hilarious then the laughter turns into heaving shoulders and tears. No idea why. I think it’s just the waves of emotions & it’s hard to differentiate between them. Not necessarily sad just overwhelmed with feeling.

We’re a funny species! Grin
