Struggling with loneliness

Hi ladies!
Before becoming pregnant, I was heavily involved in fitness classes and was out of the house most evenings. Due to the martial arts style of the classes, and the exhaustion of pregnancy, I’m home a lot more often than I used to be.
I am struggling with the loneliness and feeling of being constantly stuck on the sofa/watching tv/being asleep.
Does anyone have any tips of how to keep busy that doesn’t require too much energy? I already do Pilates twice a week in the evenings.

I'm 28 weeks and now off work. I literally sit in the house with the dogs and we've recently moved house so everything is upside down. I'm now finding it hard to get stuff done that I used to before because I'm just so tired all the time!

To ease it, I walk the dogs twice a day (slowly) and we live on a lot of land so it's enjoyable. I keep the house tidy so it doesn't get on top of me and I've started reading again so that passes the time.

Do you have any family you could spend time with? Are there any early parenting classes you could join to make friends?

Enjoy your own company! In a little while you will be really busy. Lol
Read those books you’ve always wanted to, watch a box set, start a project. Learn a language. Cherish this time before you have a little baby to care for
