Low blood pressure in 3rd trimester

First of all I know this is generally not a bad thing and I appreciate I have less to worry about than you ladies with higher blood pressure.

I have had consistently low blood pressure all the way through but if anything it's getting lower not higher as things go on. I've had my 34 week appointment today and it was 90 over 50 something so not horrendous at all but I wanted to see if anyone had experienced any negatives in very late pregnancy or during labour due to their low BP, that I might need to be aware of?

Symptoms-wise I'm easily tired and can get light headed, but isn't everyone at this stage 🙂 my 28 week bloods were spot on so I think it just purely mechanical issues causing the low BP. Midwife not overly concerned either just said to be careful.

Placental insufficiency is the biggest risk of low blood pressure. Suggest you mention it to your midwife to see if she’s worried about that at all.

I was induced for high blood pressure in my first pregnancy and then had low blood pressure all the way through second with no problems. They didn't seem concerned, jsut said to drink more water.
