I wanted to know if it is ok to double up on a Moses basket mattress one on top of the other with a fitted sheet around them both? I am concerned that the mattress it came with is too thin, is it safe for baby to sleep on two? Please help!

Suggest you read the whole Lullaby Trust website top to bottom if you haven’t done so already: it’s a really good resource on information re sleeping to prevent SIDs. The link below gives you some generic guidelines.

I folded blankets underneath and then put a fitted sheet around. Worked for me! Double mattresses will surely be better though as long as you don't make it too soft and sinkable? Still needs to be flat and sturdy.
