Bleeding at 6weeks

Hey all I had an ultrasound on Friday and everything was fine baby had a healthy heartbeat and they had no concerns I woke up at half 4 for a trip to the loo and there was light blood is this normal or has anybody had this I have no pain just worried as everything was fine a few days ago

Maybe stick to paracetamol. I was in the same situation as you, only my baby stopped at 6 weeks when I should have been 12. I was sent away for a week to see if there was any growth. They couldn't see a Hb though.

You can have a bath, it will ease the pain. Drink plenty of fluids too.

The fact that there's still a HB is such a huge thing, it may just be your body dispelling tissue it doesn't need.

The heartbeat has slowed down a lot so I've just got to accept that it more than likely won't survive from my lmp I should be 10 weeks but there saying I'm 7 it doesn't add up either me and my partner sat down and was frying our brains overthinking I pray for a miricle it's just a shame as drug and alcohol abusers seem to have the most perfect pregnancy but genuinely good people get the worst of the worst :( xx

It really isn't fair. None of it is and none of it is spoken about.

I will say this, this time last year I was excited as my 12wk scan was a few weeks away. My whole world stopped when we found out we had had a MMC.I felt like a failure (especially with my best friend and my niece announcing their pregnancy around the same time)

I am now 25 weeks pregnant and all is well with baby. Just have faith that things will be ok, it may not seem like it at the moment but I promise you, you will be stronger from this xx

Another update not sure what is going on now my bleeding is like my period but a little heavier I haven't passed any major blood clots just tiny little black dots is it going to get worse than this and do I need to go to the hospital I cried myself to sleep last night because of the pain xx

Everyone is different, I didn't look if I'm honest but when I wiped it was just like period. My body didn't dispell my baby so I had to have a medical intervention.

You shouldn't need to go to the hospital unless you are soaking through pads .

I’m so sorry you are going through this. I was pregnant the end of 2017 spotted from early on like what you have. Went to scan heartbeat at 8 weeks and at 9 but went for another scan due to lose of symptoms should have been 10 but heartbeat was gone. I opted for ERPC I think that’s the letters basically they surgically removed. I was devastated so I know what you are going through. Please look after yourself x
