I 18 weeks and am getting backache from sleeping on my side. Can someone please recommend a pregnancy pillow that could help.

I'm 18 weeks and I just use a v shaped pillow. Very comfy.

I had a full length one off amazon - helped so much!

It's pricey, but i have a bbhugme and it's a life saver
I actually sleep and stay on my side and feel rested!

I've been using a dreamgenii from around 24 weeks. It's been a real help

I’m also looking at pregnancy pillows, too much choice! Does anyone know if you go somewhere like mothercare or John Lewis whether they’re likely to have a selection to look at? I feel it may be easier to choose by feeling them?!

Dreamgenii is amazing. Aldi have a similar one in at the moment but it doesn't go behind your back. Apparently the best thing for back pain is a pillow between your knees. The dreamgenii does this and so does the aldi one. (Currently 37 weeks so tried lots of tricks Haha!)

I tried a full length body pillow but found it was really hot. wish I had gone for a smaller triangular one although now I just put a spare pillow behind me to stop me rolling back and one between my legs

I got a cugl body pillow from Argos - £14.99. It did the job and was the right height for me. I had another one before this but it didn’t work for me. Now I’ve got a four week old I use the pillow folded into a V behind my back to sit up in bed feeding

I've got the Dreamgenii but, at 30 weeks, don't really use it that often. I find that an ordinary pillow between the knees is somehow better in terms of quality of sleep. Maybe it's just habit. However it's worth saying that I sometimes end up on my back with this, whereas the Dreamgenii has a little tail thingy that stops you rolling over, so I've been meaning to use it more now it really matters.

I've got a full body length pillow like this one. images.app.goo.gl/g6rFWUoz2YdJnk9b7
I love it. Sleep so well with it. My husband calls it the spaceship as it is rather massive.
