Hi.. sorry for the tmi.

Had this the same time during my pregnancy, try not to worry it’s normal Smile

I also had this on and off from about 4 weeks til 9 weeks. Sometimes the blood was brown and sometimes much pinker/redder. I also had some mild cramping. I'm now 31 weeks so try not to worry too much. I would call your early pregnancy unit though just to get some advice and see if they want to see you for an early scan (you won't be able to see much at 6 weeks but worth a phone call).

Good luck x

It's so hard not to worry. I have internal scan on Monday but I'm so scared they will say they see nothing or it's not going to continue

No problem! Nothing harder than worrying in silence!

4andAbit · 26/04/2019 21:58

There really isnt. It's our 5th aswell so I'm dreading all the comments in going to be getting. 'Do u not have a TV' 'are u mad' when I had my fourth someone called me selfish because others couldnt have children and I was havin 4 of then?!.

Thing is i take contraception. But i hyper ovulate and sometimes my body is stronger than it!

I had this at 6 weeks too and went on to have a very healthy pregnancy , hopefully you will take some comfort from that 😊
Good luck for Monday !

I don’t think you need to worry unless it turns to red blood, and even then it doesn’t necessarily mean miscarriage. Wait and see what the scan shows, good luck x

Ahh thanks ladys. It's nice to normal it can be normal in some circumstances

Just wanted to say brown blood is not always more positive than red. I read this a lot on here but it's not always the case and I know I personally had a bit of false hope as a result. Nobody can say what it means, you just need to wait for your scan and see what it shows.

Hi I've just been through this! Had brown and sometimes even orangey/pink when wiping around 6 weeks or so. Ended up having 2 scans at the EPAU and everything was fine. After around 8 or so weeks, it all stopped.

Try not to worry (easier said than done) if you can, I felt so terrible for those weeks and it turned out to be nothing. If you are concerned, ring your GP or community midwifes and if they have any cause to be concerned, they will book you in for an early scan.

Keep us updated, lovely! Xx
