Hi, I'm 5+1 with my first and since finding out (literally yesterday) I feel like my nausea is 100x worse. I'm not even actually being sick I'm just walking around most of the day with that sickly feeling 🤮 who else is in the same boat?

@worrier2019 I’ve got no idea how it works but it just did for me! I think when you start to feel nauseous chewing something so juicy and fruity maybe tricks your mouth somehow! Tip tops or ice lols also worked just as well for me when I felt really bad x

I've found that sucking boiled sweets and sour chewits has helped my nausea. As has mango slices and ritz crackers.

I've got Hyperemesis though so anything ginger is a no-go as it aggravates my sickness/nausea. Which sucks because I love ginger beer usually. But ginger burns your throat if you throw it up so best for me to avoid it.
