Hi all,
I was diagnosed with TN about 4 months ago, and was taking a high dose of Carbemazepine which seemed to ease the pain. I have since become pregnant (I am 10 weeks). My Neurologist advised to stop taking the medication as soon as I found out, which I did.
I am still getting attacks of pain, and am really worried about the mix of labour and TN? I quite often get an attack if I sneeze/cough/strain and feel that contractions and labour are going to majorly trigger it...
Does anyone have any experiences (good or bad!!) that they could share?
