2nd Trimester - No weight gain yet

I suffered very badly with morning sickness in my first trimester. As a result, I lost 10 pounds, I did have to go into hospital a couple times to get IV fluids and I was very weak.
I am now 16 weeks pregnant and the vomiting has reduced to roughly one time per week so I am not as concerned about that anymore.
I am eating 2 or 3 meals per day and I have never been one for big portions so I just eat as I normally would.
My concern is that since being able to keep my food down, I have not put on any of the weight that I lost in trimester 1. I have maintained the same weight for a week or two now and it's looking as though I may even still be losing...
Any advice or anyone been through a similar thing in their pregnancy?
Thank you! :)

This was me in my first pregnancy! A combo of morning sickness and then illness meant I lost weight in the first 5 months. The midwife was concerned.
However it was fine, I started gaining weight around the 6month mark and had a lovely healthy daughter.

I'm in month 4 now and haven't gained much (morning sickness again) - I'm maybe 3 pounds up on my start weight. The midwife is still not happy. But I feel OK. I am eating again, trying to keep it healthy (I. E. Not just cake)

This was me in both my pregnancies! Lost loads of weight due to morning sickness - not the end of the world as had it to lose!

However more than made up for it towards the end of the pregnancies when my appetite came back with a vengeance and I ate all the food and both times piled on a couple of stone in a short space of time 😬
