Just turned 19 weeks but carnt help worry something is going to go wrong 24/7. Thought it would get easier after 12 week scan as all 4 previous misscarges happened before 9 week but seems to be getting worse. Anyone got any tips on how to relax and enjoy this much wanted pregnacy?

So sorry you had to go through miscarriage 4 times 😢 I had a mmc last year, I’m now just over 18 weeks and my anxiety is getting overwhelming ahead of my 20 week scan next week. I can only relate to how your feeling and hope it gets better soon for you. I’m constantly waiting for something bad to happen and feeling like it’s too good to be true. We need to be positive 😘 hand hold xxx

I have my 20 week scan next week to. Want to be exited but think the closer it gets the more nervous I get 🙈 Carnt wait to start feeling regular movements as I think this will help massively! Hopefully it will work out for us both and our rainbow baby's will be hear safe and sound 🤞🏼 🌈
