Can believe how muggy it is!! I am sitting here with a fan on my bump trying to cool down...

feet in a bowl of cold water, and hands too, if you can manage it! .... works every time for me ...

obviously not the same bowl though ...

sticky here too, yuck. Had to take my rings off as my fingers are turning into little pork sausages - nice

Second the feet in a bowl of cool water. I use my foot spa with cool water in and it is amazing. Really works.

I have been pregnant 3 times before, DS was december, Dd1 was june and dd2 was october and I am sure I didn;t feel this hot before. Once I know the kids are fully asleep I am going to jump in a cold shower

ive been sweating all afternoon too - literally had to strip off and have all windows and doors open (bar front door!)

Have cooled down a bit now, but still too bloomin hot!

I had all my windows open, I actually enjoyed going to pick up dd1 from her carers as I have air con. in my car, walking back into my house was another matter... I might sleep in DS' room tonight, he has an air con. unit in his bedroom

Have to confess to walking round the house for the past 3 days in just knickers and a vest top. Just tooo hot for anything else!! I am hoping this baby comes in the next day or two cos I can't bear to be this hot anymore!!
