How long to fast for before GTT?

I've got my Glucose Tolerance Test at 8.30am tomorrow morning but I've lost the letter with the info on.
I remember from a previous pregnancy having to fast but all I can find online is for 8-12 hours before.

Does anyone know what the current fasting period is for this?

Mine was from 10pm night before for 845 and 9am appointments but I just did 12 hours as I wouldn’t be eating after dinner anyway.

Perfect thank you so much! I normally eat about 8ish so will just stick to that and then resist the evening treats.
