Early pregnancy symptoms

I took a test that came out negative but the doctor said it might be to early for a positive and to come back in a week but it's a hard topic to not try to figure out before the next test. I wake up with pretty bad lower back pain, I have an off and on tightening or pulling sensation in my lower abdomen (slightly similar to period cramps, but also quite different. It's not really a cramping it's more of a tightening or pulling from each side and just stays like that for a while), I've been feeling very anxiety like, and this morning I woke up and my breasts feel sore but more like a 'I just did 20 pull ups' kind of sore, if I poke the pectoral area it feels exactly like a really sore muscle, and I feel like I get really bad hot flashes. Does this sound like pregnancy? Has anyone else went through this? I'm only about two days late for my period. Thank you for any help or info you may have. 😊

I had symptoms from 7dpo, my breasts were tender, I was exhausted and could have slept standing up. I also had bleeding gums when I brushed, that's what made me wonder if I was pregnant. I tested positive at 9dpo, 6 days before my period was due.
I was pregnant with twins, which I only discovered at my dating scan.

Hi!! I've been getting the same. My periods not due yet, I'm on CD26. Unsure exactly what day I ovulated lol. But I've been getting these pulling like cramps on and off for 3 days, as well as feeling sick, feeling like I have something at the back of my throat, and it's making me want to gag. I'm also getting lower back pain, but that's not unusual for me because I'm on my feet all day at work.
Keep us updated when you do another est. I think yours sounds like pregnancy, but obviously I'm here asking about my symptoms also as I'm unsure if mine do so I'm not the best person to ask when I'm unsure about my own which are similar Haha. X

I was 3 weeks pregnant when I found out and I don't recall having any symptoms at all. I remember it being the 1st of December and we had been trying for a month and I thought it's time to test. It wasn't until about 5 weeks in I became VERY moody and crying a lot for no reason, we went out for a meal once and I cried into my pasta once it was served haha😂
I'm 22 weeks now and only have my breasts started to ache now and then.

I def had a difference before missing a period for both pregnancies. For my first, it was tiredness and excessive this. For this pregnancy it was frequent loose stools.

Hi,

We asked a midwife, Clare, to go over some early pregnancy symptoms - you might find it useful.
