Not sure if anyone can help!
I am currently up for a promotion at work, and whilst it is still in the pipeline I have found out I am pregnant!
I am currently on a 'zero' hour contract, and this promotion would be more pay and contracted hours!
I feel like waiting until I have signed my new contract and been in the role a few weeks before telling them I am expecting. But I know this will probably make them angry that I waited!
Whereas another option I have is to come clean straight away and hopefully earn their respect and we can work together on making sure I get what I need and so do they!
I am currently 8 weeks, but my job is in hospitality so involves being on my feet for 12+ hours and lifting a lot of things throughout my shift!
Not sure what to do for the best!!
