16 weeks PG and so spotty! Any tips?!

This is dc 3 and I’ve never had this on my other 2. Big spots all over my back, chest and arms and around the jaw line. My normal dreams aren’t working, should I get like Clearsil or teenage spot treatments?! I’m assuming it’s my hormones?

Hi I also suffered big time having previously never been spotty. I’m now 23 weeks and things have settled down on my face and chest. My back is still bad but the doctor prescribed me some cream today. The midwife told me to use savlon!
